Chambre humide mais bien meublée. Lit confortable. Salle de bain propre et de qualité. Petit déjeuner buffet diversifié et de qualité. Personnel peu avenant et avec communication minimale au lobby.

The room was very nice but the staff made our stay special. Antony, the general manager went out of his way to recommend great restaurants, spa services and tours. He was spot on with his recommendations. Also his tips about ATMs, safety on the streets and other services were so appreciated. The rest of the staff were equally helpful and kind. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again. Thank you to all the staff but especially Antony.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, avevamo due camere,una tripla e una matrimoniale.. Accoglienza fantastica con la piccola Miss che si è fatta coccolare da tutti..?? Camere pulite e confortevoli, colazione buona. Ritorneremo sicuramente... Grazie...

We got 3 rooms here this December and it was a lovely experience to be in the heart of the Old Quarter. The head receptionists are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is also mouth-watering. Since we got several bags, the staff is very helpful and attentive to us in carrying our luggage. This is near to the Vet Restaurant and there is also a nearby ATM.

Good hotel, staff ok. Good breakfast. Great location as it's the main street with lots of shopping in and around the Hotel. Walking street to Train Street which was a magnificent experience.

买い物や観光にはとても便利な场所にあり、滞在中楽しませていただきました。朝食に出していただいたフォーは，ハノイで食べた中で一番美味しかったです。お汤が出ないホテルも多いと闻きましたが浴槽もあって快适に过ごせました…ありがとうございました。

Very lovely place to say right in heart of old quarter, the manager Anthony was the nicest man you can have to guide you. The staff was very polite. Lovely place to stay.

Wonderful reception and great staff , nice clean rooms . Good breakfast, easy to travel around from in Hanoi. Helpful in organising our trips.
